Today I was was still tossing and turning at three am. I'm not sure why maybe stress that stuff can kill you but not matter what anyone does it follows you. Once i finally got to sleep my alarm went off at five am on the dot i swear I was no more then a zombie all day i couldn't function. Hopefully tonight will be different.

I don't understand how when you remain faithful an never lie to someone close to you, they can turn aroundand brake your trust.And then they can act like it was you that was the betrayer and question you integrity an trustworthyness everyday.
